Pettina Gappah threatens to sue Zimbabwe Finance Minister over books imports
Prominent Zimbabwe trade lawyer and writer, Pettina Gappah, has threatened to take Zimbabwe’s Finance Minister, Mthuli Ncube, to court over government refusal to remove import duties on certain books.
